Fitness and Well Being

RRIS students will be expected to have a very strong foundation of value system. They will be trained for Yoga, Meditation, fitness programmes such as aerobics, dance, and programmes for physical and mental well being.
Besides the Above, A heath journal is maintained by our dietician with the help of sports and medical faculty. Regular reports will be available on the school portal.
They will be the ambassadors of RRIS who would imbibe Indian values. They will learn that they are Indians first.
